Navigating any software implementation project is a tricky proposition. With commercial COTS systems the challenge is heightened. Add in the Laboratory Informatics market and suddenly the complexity of making the project successful within ever decreasing timelines and budgets appears almost insurmountable to the first timers or layman. My objective is to demystify that process through a combination of experience, common sense and a superior product. Focused around a philosophy of basic rules that have produced successful projects in the past my objective is make every project meet its goals. It takes a lot of hard work and talented teams to make projects great. We drive from the start to both understand, and meet, the critical success factors that essentially drive customer satisfaction.
