Heading up the Wargames Department I oversee all facets of developing products, miniatures and games for market. The role involves working with numbers departments and freelancers, overseeing concept art, initial game design, briefing, sculpting, writing and editing, playtesting, production, manufacturing, quality control, customer services, retail partners, event co-ordination and beyond. My prior roles cover a wide range of experiences in multiple fields, from several years as a VFX artist working on major motion pictures and theme park rides to finance and account management in corporate banking. All roles required self direction, showing initiative and excellent time management skills as well as team leading and management.
