Achievements included:Genesys Contact Centre and Intergrated Sales Platform• Worked with the Spanish business stakeholders to deliver the Genesys Contact Centre solution with a new Sales Platform, • Full PRINCE2 based project lifecycle, risks/issues, release management, resource management, budgetary management and planning to ensure fixed deadlines were met and within the £2m budget.• Establishing the business requirements, solution designs, 3rd Party and internal resource requirements, delivery estimates, budgets and delivery methodology/strategy.• End to end Project Plans were created for the infrastructure design, delivery and configuration alongside the Sales Platform development, utilising the Agile delivery methodology.Content Management System• Managed a £1m budget to implement a CMS solution using bespoke PRINCE2 and the Waterfall methodology.• Developed the end to end project plan from conception to implementation covering all aspects of the delivery, including the technical infrastructure design and implementation through to business process redesign within the Marketing Team
