💓🧘♂️🌎🌌 Visionary | Regenerative Systems Designer | Liminal Web Innovator | Symbiotic Culture WeaverHi, I’m Jon – a lifelong learner and explorer at the Synergistic Nexus of holistic well-being, regenerative eco-social systems, and the emergent liminal web. Guided by curiosity for the ground of Being, integral spirituality, and the mythological, my path through Eco-Social impact, Vision and Purpose Stewardship, Intentional Community, and Social Enterprise has fueled my passion for personal and eco-social transformation, Regenerative Flourishing, and Community Development.Currently, I'm evolving the Thrive Hive protocol—an integral, peer-to-peer mutual empowerment program fostering emotional, personal development, and symbiotic, regenerative communities. My ethos marries Integral Life Practice and non-dual holotropic consciousness with holistic flourishing, aiming to nurture spaces where individuals and communities thrive. What I DoI'm focused on designing, developing, and stewarding regenerative systems that blend stewardship, resilience, and holistic well-being with authentic flourishing. Inspired by models like the Distributed Cooperative Model (disco.coop) and Richard Flyer's "Birthing the Symbiotic Age," I craft infrastructure for holographic, federated societal structures, merging design thinking, integral theory, and symbiotic culture principles to forge parallel societies in deep connection with life's web.Looking ForwardMy mission: connect with visionaries, innovators, and changemakers to co-create futures where humanity and nature co-thrive. I'm committed to deepening my liminal web and regenerative design expertise, seeking scalable societal transformation solutions. Through collaboration, consultation, or conversation, I aim to explore symbiotic human-community-planet relationships.Join me on this cosmic journey, embracing transformative experiences from festivals to Bohm Dialogues and holotropic consciousness. Together, let's pioneer infrastructures that usher in regenerative and symbiotic ages. Please refer to my glossary, directory, references, and translation sections if you are curious about some of the language I use.

Community Working Group Operations Team MemberSocial.Coop - User Owned And Governed Social Media Platform Coop Jun 2020 - Jun 2021Social.coop is social media platform owned and governed by the users and workers. We use Loomio platform to facilitate a participatory democracy process to make decisions for the Platform Coop. The benefit of platform coops is that they serve the users and do not seek to exploit them. I think the future will be having more of these more democratic organizations we can call Solidarity Enterprises as extractive business models lose their legitimacy with users. We use platform called open collective to collect, distribute, and manage our funds in a transparent way. We also partner with meet.coop to provide a video meeting platform for our users.- As elected to the more formal role of the community working group operations team I participated in governance and as a moderator for the Mastodon Instance at social.coop. - I also helped welcome and onboard new users and participated in monthly calls to discuss the operations and future of the coop.I continue to participate in the participatory governance decisions. My experience with this organization has taught me a lot about moderation and conflict resolution and about how to set up a platform cooperative that works and truly serves its users and gives them a voice.I am excited to have this experience in my endeavors to co-create other platforms that are user-focused or cooperative or any platform that aspires to be more participatory with users and workers and giving them a voice.
