Learning PowerShell, coding, and embracing automation principles, I recognized the value of scripting to save time. The experience also emphasized the importance of limiting access rights for secure system management. My passion for ensuring systems serve their intended purpose led to practices like uninstalling unnecessary software.As the industry evolved, challenges arose with the rise of cloud computing, Microsoft 365, and the impact of COVID. Adapting to new technologies and questioning established practices became crucial. Working with a Managed IT services provider reinforced the importance of adaptability in an ever-changing field.
