As a Project Engineer at The Redmond Company, I contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of a luxury commercial dealership project located in the greater Chicago area. I work with the project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the quality, safety, and timeliness of the project deliverables. I also use Procore, a leading construction management software, to manage and track the project documents, schedules, budgets, and reports.I am pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Applied Business, and Interdisciplinary Design at the University of Minnesota, where I am learning the skills and knowledge to start and grow my career in the real estate and construction industries. I have a strong interest and passion for building and developing sustainable and innovative properties that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the community. I am also proficient in quality assurance and quality control, building materials, and installation and logistics, which I gained from my previous experience as a Project Coordinator at LI Group.
