- I'm responsible for generating and qualifying leads. I prospect potential customers, initiate contact, and assess their needs to determine if our software is a good fit for them. I also engage in outbound outreach, maintain relationships through follow-ups, and pass qualified leads to the sales team, all while keeping detailed records in the CRM system.

I am the first point of contact at the university. I escort individuals or groups on tours or through places of interest while describing sites to group members, and answering questions.

I formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources regarding the club sports teams at SHSU. I also review financial statements, activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.

I generated over 10k in sales within my first 4 months. I develop sales plans, goals, strategies and objectives to achieve goals and revenue objectives while also maintaining a professional network of potential clients and business opportunities. I also prepare sales production reports for senior management.

I serve as chair of the IFC Judicial Board and serve as the non-voting Chief Justice of all IFC Judicial Board hearings. I preside over meetings and fulfill other duties of the President when the President is absent and investigate and refer to the IFC Judicial Board alleged violations of IFC policy, including the IFC Constitution, Bylaws, and policies; Federal, state, and local laws; The rules and regulations of SHSU; and the general values-based conduct of fraternity men.

Led teams in selling commencement gifts throughout the U.S. Led 3 teams that generated over $20k each in sales revenue within a week. I drove substantial sales through suggestive selling and by promoting addon purchases. I also created successful strategies to develop and expand customer sales.

Founded the Lambda chapter of the largest Christian fraternity in the U.S. called Beta Upsilon Chi at SHSU. I assembled 22 men within 3 months and guided the chapter's well-being by planning and running weekly meetings, devising an annual action plan, ministering to the needs of 22 men, and collaborating with administrators. I also lead a 6 man exec team in organizing and coordinating our social presence, pledgeship experience, budgeting of over $5,500, and internal unity to establish a healthy and sustainable vision for the chapter.
