I am an Account Executive at Travelers Insurance Company underwriting Business Insurance. I effectively manage a book of business within our Excess Casualty and Umbrella business unit, ensuring that business owners maintain sufficient coverages while maintaining profitability for the Travelers. I foster collaboration with the business unit and across the enterprise, seeking a single Travelers solution for our clients. Additionally, I identify and capture new business opportunities, effectively while cross-selling Travelers products/businesses. I develop and manage agent/broker relationships, in effort to write and retain accounts consistent with business unit appetite. I achieve the latter using a consultative selling approach to market Travelers products. In addition to leading self, I coach less experienced staff members.
