Performed welding inspections and dimensional inspections during the during the manufacturing process and at final inspection, also performed painting and protective coating inspections during final inspection. Also audited that the operators training requirements had been performed and recorded, or where training had not been finalised, confirmed that quality concerns had been highlighted to the operators by section supervisors and that they had been fully briefed as to the nature of the quality concerns and relevant corrective actions to be incorporated, followed by signing of concerns documents by the operators.All audit findings are returned to the quality department for processing into electronic format and distributed to the Quality Team, Production Controls Team, and Training Department for their implementation of required process corrective actions or updates.
