However, this experience highlighted the challenges of hiring and retaining tech talent in Switzerland.In 2023, while pursuing my Master’s degree in Barcelona, I met our third co-founder Yehia, who had experience in the IT market in Egypt. Together, we saw the opportunity to bridge the best of both worlds – Switzerland’s leading software projects with Egypt’s exceptional tech talent. After building a business case, we traveled to Egypt to meet potential tech talents, testing their technical abilities and values.
