Assignment at Försäkringskassan IT as a Project Manger

In my role as a project manager at Telenor I have been working at a number of high prioritized and important projects. My main focus has been on Outsourcing- and IT-Development projects. All of them have included contact with external suppliers and multi project management. A part from this I have also been part of the development and maintenance of Telenor’s project model. This includes continuously working with improvements and making sure that it can fulfill its purpose.

As a Release Manager I managed and coordinated the recurring software releases – from the analysis phase, development, testing, deploy and release to handing over to the maintenance organization. A major part of this was also to work as SPOC for the internal client organization.

As a Test Manager at Telenor I was involved in a number of projects within the private customer segment – for example when new offers and services were developed. Most of the projects I was involved in were however target to corporate customers. Telenor is historically a major supplier of corporate solutions and I was a test manager when major change projects were conducted. Consultant at Mandator. My main assignement were at Ericsson Mobile Platforms in Lund were I worked at the IOT department as a test engineer. Some example of work tasks and activities connected to the work:- verification of the WCDMA Network signalling stack in the mobile platform.- verify the interaction between the mobile platform and the network on signalling protocol layers 2 and 3.- test automation- test processes development

My only assignment were at Vodafone Sweden in Karlskrona as a Roaming Test Engineer. The main job tasks were to plan and execute roaming test together with Vodafone Sweden's partners. That included the following services: GSM, GPRS, Prepaid and UMTS.
