As Global Head of Security I have the ultimate responsibility for leading and driving the global security function within Customer Experience & Sales, an omni and multi-brand function with 3700 colleagues over 20 different sites around the world. The overall mission is to manage calculated business risks within Cyber Security, Loss Prevention, Information Security and Data Privacy to ensure continuity and compliance for both eCommerce and retail business. Reports to Global Head of Capacity. Initiating, driving and negotiating complex international tenders for 3PL eComm warehouse fulfillment services and B2C express delivery services. Supporting all expansion projects with Contract and Negotiation expertise through the earliest stages of the process. Involved in the supply chain requirement process for developing new brands.

Reports to Global Head of Shipping and Transportation. Initiating, driving and negotiating tenders for shipping and transportation of non-commercial goods such as Interior, Visual and Marketing material to all H&M and other brands stores and eCommerce operations.
