In his professional career Jonas has worked at IKEA IT for 9 years in various positions; Environment Manager, Performance Test Specialist, Manager for the Test Centre of Excellence, Deputy Unit Manager and Service Manager. During the 9 years Jonas successfully implemented one of the largest working test centers (CoE) in Scandinavia delivering over 300 performance test assignments and 100 Test Automation assignments with a staff of 70+ FTE. In the assignment Jonas worked extensively with outsourcing from India including pre-study, due diligence, transition, operation, contract management for 5 years.Jonas also had the role as Process Manager Test for IKEA, being responsible for the IKEA IT test process and adoption and training to fulfill the needs in the organization regarding process support for test. After IKEA Jonas decided to start working as IT Consultant and has been working on various assignments for large Swedish clients for the last 3 years (with a focus on test of SAP, end to end monitoring(SLM) of SAP and Performance Testing).Jonas is a verification and validation professional with a unique interest in application lifecycle management and software quality.
