As a senior manager in procurement and retail from Nordic business I have achieved excellent, proven results. Experience in managing personnel in a matrix organisation. Others percieved me as enthusiastic, focused and result oriented. My career within procurement has given me a broad experience in processes and an insight to the proven strategies that affect them. I am used to working in organisations under constant change as the companies I have worked for has been characterised by continuous development and strong growth. I have experience in both strategic and operational business. From management to negotiations in Asia and Scandinavia and marketing of products to contact with end consumers in the stores. Working closely with others under high pressure has developed me as leader and manager. During my working years I have had managerial positions in different levels with reporting staff. Throughout my career, coming from a broad machine engineer background and a curious mindset, I have demonstrated an agile way to continously learn and relearn things to adopt and devolop businesses around me.My strong focus on continuous learning and self-leadership help me quickly to adapt new challanges in various cultures. I thrive when managing challanges in different cultures and highly dynamic business enviroments.I believe that the best results in the long run will emerge from focusing on the combination of developing teams and suppliers individually whilst keeping the big CSR perspective in mind!
