In my role as a technical support engineer at SMS Evoko, I was assisting customers worldwide with integrating Evoko room booking systems into their calendar backends as well as troubleshooting and fixing any issues. Many of "my" customers are industry-leaders and some of the world's largest companies in the finance and medical industries, with up to several thousands of meeting rooms and tens of thousands of users.Daily work included configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace authentication (oAuth) and Azure apps, network analysis and troubleshooting, and the occasional dive into application bug hunting. As part of the support team, I regularly wrote and updated technical documentation such as release notes, internal and external knowledge-base articles, and whitepapers. I also did technical trainings for partners, distributors and resellers, as well as tech presales Q&A with potential customers.

IT consultant on the infrastructure team, adding my Apple/Mac expertise our small team responsible for planning, building and managing customers' IT environments, from firewalls to phones.Many customers were in the medical industry which gave valuable insight into the demand for accurate and compliant technical documentation.

Troubleshooting existing systems and developing new features. Internal support for all tech areas at all levels.Major tasks were statistics delivery, ad and newsletter management as well as developing and maintaining those systems. I produced a framework for generating tracking links for our products to aid the production team.New experiences gained included integrating Microsoft JMRP and SNDS in the newsletter system.

Worked 50% in production as a technical project manager during a period of staff changes. Working in the production team gave me valuable first-hand experience and understanding of production obstacles. I helped develop several methods and tools to overcome those obstacles.

Part-time IT-technician combined with other responsibilities at Smartson. Responsibilities included server administration, network architecture, CMS front end development, web development and office support. Daily tasks included online advertising system updates and maintenance, and newsletter email system administration.During this period, I was solely responsible for the migration of our email and statistics systems from on-prem solutions to cloud-based services.

Combining my tech interest and knowledge with editorial work and product testing. My main product categories were consumer electronics - computers, MP3 players and camera equipment such as DSLR cameras and lenses, video cameras, compact cameras. Also did automotive and some odd products like dog leashes or coffee.

Taxi, limousine, and nationwide delivery services. I took my taxi license and got this job since I liked driving and needed work while figuring out what I wanted to do with my life and ended up meeting so many interesting and amazing people. I look back at this job with fond memories.

Snapshot was a custom-built mobile blog platform based on procmail, Perl, PHP and MySQL. Johan Olsson and I developed everything from scratch and created the first Swedish mobile blog service, seven years before Instagram launched.When we built Snapshot, mobile internet was rare, expensive and frankly pretty bad. Smartphones had flip-up physical QWERTY keyboards and the major "smart" mobile OS was Symbian. MMS had just been introduced and we figured we should try to build something cool.

The InLid project was a project that aimed to make historical information from the Indal-Liden communities available online. I worked with the project for eight weeks, mostly on web site design and information publishing.
