PhD Studies conducted within the School of Business, Economics and Law, Gothenburg University as well as within The Swedish Research School of Management and Information Technology. I studied the structure, different parts, and implementation of customer value, and how to adapt existing management control practices in order to enhance customer value creation in innovation settings. My research were case-based and mainly qualitative i nature.

Among the clients were a variety of organisations such as Klarna, E.ON, Radiotjänst, Länsförsäkringar and Com Hem. I played an active role as an involved board member in establishing the organisational foundation, and in areas such as strategic development and investor relations.

HHGS Holding AB is the holding company of all the companies run by the Student Association at the School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg. As a board member I took part in the supervision of the different companies from a strategic point of view as to insure the continuation and success of the businesses.

HHGS HandelsConsulting AB is a student-led company with some 60 consultants. As a board member I took part in supporting and pushing the company in achieving its goals.

As an insurance salesman I was working at the Tele Marketing unit. The work consisted of telephone-based sales of the company's services. The position was part-time (50%), mainly nightshifts, and ran parallel to my university studies and other obligations.The work of a customer service representative included receiving phone calls at the customer relations’ office, dealing with both payments and filing assurance reports, as well as duties at the sales department. As CEO, I was in charge of the overall operations as well as development of the company, both internally and externally. During my time as CEO the company turn-over went up by 75%, the number of internal employees increased from 13 to 21, and both our SCI as well as brand value increased considerably. The position was part-time (70%), and ran in parallel with full time university studies and other commitments.

As Sales Manager I was in charge of the sales’ department. The position included hosting teaching sessions as well as actual sales work. In addition, representation and marketing externally towards companies was an important part of my contribution. The position was part-time (50%), and ran parallel to my university studies and other obligations.
