About Jonas Olsson

Is currently the Managing Director at Nagarro AS and Service Region Custodian Nordics. As an SRC, I’m responsible for the upkeep of Nagarro’s values, ethics, polices and processes. I strive to continuously improve the performance of individuals and that of the organization. Making sure our performance contributes to the goals of the business as a whole.I have eventually become an experienced leader with more than 25 years of experience from the IT-Business. I hold work experience from both USA and Norway and from working in a global company such as Nagarro. In addition to leadership I have a broad technical expertise and a strong understanding of project management and project management principles. I understand how business, IT, and design play together in e-business projects. Throughout my career I have gained experience in leading large and small teams with engineers in large- and small departments or projects. I hold a Master of Science in Computer Science degree from the University of Colorado Springs, USA. After graduating, I worked as a consultant in the US, designing and programming company websites. I am methodical, purposeful and responsible. I love to communicate and to interact with people. I am p­­assionate about design and have graphic skills.o Extensive experience as a Dept. Manager, Project Manager, Consultant, Architect and Technical Resource on several development projects on webportals and other webapplications.
