Passionate about computer science and software development, I’ve obtained a CFC (Certificat de Capacité Fédéral) in computer science, a Bachelor in software development and a Master in Information Technologies.Experienced PHP/JavaScript developer, I've discovered a knack for people management, first as technical lead of five developers while working at the BCV, then as technical lead and manager of four developers at Swissquote.I’m fluent in french and english, but also in technical vulgarization: I'm very comfortable at understanding needs but also at explaining constraints and providing recommendations.I'm aware of the importance of pixel perfect designs thanks to talented designers I've worked with. I'm also particularly sensitive to the questions of security, thanks to all the conscientious security engineers I've had the chance to exchange with during my experiences in the banking sector.Over the course of my career, I've learned that depending on the circumstances concessions are inevitable, but also that some concessions should never be made.I’m focused on quality and maintainability while remaining pragmatic: a good product delivered on time is usually more useful than a perfect product delivered out of schedule.
