• Plans, implements, and directs programs that bridge the skills gap within the current workforce and build consensus around developing and attracting a workforce that meets the needs of the region’s economy.• Manages BridgeUSA multicultural exchange program and support networks, seeking to create an inclusive and comfortable environment, by running orientation programs, hosting events, and offering support to Summer Work Travel (SWT) exchange visitors.• Manages Puerto Rico recruitment program.• Manages the Hispanic Workforce Coalition with the goal of addressing issues of importance to Hispanic and Latino communities in the area while providing resources and bolstering community relationships.• Manages Workforce Development Collaborative by bringing together area employers, service providers, and other community partners to discuss and work to address workforce development issues in the county.• Works to expand and improve the events and programs associated with the annual Taney County Workforce Summit, Taney County Career Days, and any new events launched.

I taught EFL students virtually on an individual basis while utilizing multimedia strategies and online tools to convey information in creative and interesting ways with focus on all four abilities: reading, writing, listening and speaking.

At College of the Ozarks, also known as ‘Hard Work U', students participate in the Work Program to cover the cost of attendance. At The Keeter Center, I worked as a server and contributed to friendly, professional, and hospitable dining environment by communicating politely and effectively with guests to assess and meet needs.

Programa Ganhe o Mundo (Win the World Program) English instructor.Ensured that students learned proper grammar, writing, listening and reading comprehension. Created lesson plans targeted at the skills the students needed for studying abroad. 4 of my students were successful in receiving scholarships to attend a high school semester in Canada (3) and New Zealand (1).
