Trainee program at SBM Offshore

Hired as a Cost Controller for 3 FPSOs units and shore bases, I was in charge of cost control, budgeting and forecasting follow up. I was also in the loop of POs approval, caring on of correct allocating and controlling, revenues follow up considering operational reports and contractual staff, such as down time, deductions, bonuses, etc. Monthly results presentation and approval with management and head office in Monaco - following company procedures. On that opportunity I had the chance to be in charge of some procedures standardization related to financial and administrative department, including work instruction to make it applicable in other units. Also, I was in the interface in between financial and legal department, making the financial status in line with legal status - for clients and suppliers. Participating with Operations Manager on daily decisions that could impact financial status.
