• Coordinate and organize flights, travel and accommodation for offshore personnel in line with company policies;• Coordination of Crew and Personnel Logistics (Brazilian Crew and Expat Crew), Scales Planning (Crew Changes), Operation in SISPAT (Registration of Petrobras Staff) and SAP / ERP (Issue of RTs the type R3 and R7 - personal). • Input all offshore personnel movements into a database Software (PEOPLELOG and OMEGA)• Create accurate Crew Manifest;• Interface with Operations Manager & Project Managers regarding personnel requirements for projects, training and other company assignments;• Liaise with clients/ offshore locations for crew change details; • Process Brazil’s Visa applications and extensions as requested; • Work closely with tax consultants to provide tax support and assistance to expatriates; • Interface with the Dept Manager & Project Managers regarding personnel requirements for projects, training and other company assignments. • Experience in personnel movements for embark and disembark with travel arrangements for nationals and expatriates; Visa Control for the expats; Cost control and financial reimbursement reports; Invoices control; Acted as focal point for crew change operations • Strongly familiar with cost control and financial reports, invoice control, complete management of administrative documents (invoices / request for trainings / reimbursable documents / timesheets) • Familiar with Import / Exports: management of shipping documents, finance procedures, monitoring of maritime processes, etc. • Support to HR routine and internal communications: employee documentation control, timesheets, content management for intranet and internet. • Excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, dynamic, available to travel.
