KEY RESULTS: Led the global procurement and supplier quality organizations through extraordinary times (ie COVID recovery, labor shortages, semiconductor global crisis, natural disasters, etc.) to minimize impact to Ford production, support of corporate electrification strategy, manage supplier cost & quality optimization, drive ESG priorities, and advance diversity goals.Promoted into newly integrated role to provide effective and strong leadership to 2,000+ employees responsible for over $BB+ direct and indirect annual buy across over 8,000 supplier facilities globally. Guided the team in the development and deployment of the redesign of our Purchasing organization including addressing expertise gaps, driving end to end supply chain management, implementing supply assurance & digital tools, and championing quality and delivery improvements.  Nominated to represent Ford Motor Company in sharing our Supply Chain perspectives with the US Government for key initiatives such as the US Senate Finance Committee discussions regarding risk mitigation for semiconductor production. Led negotiations to finalize the company’s first battery JV deal with S. Korean battery supplier, SKI, including procurement of the $B+ building materials for the sites.  Championed the ongoing development of relationships with diverse suppliers to maintain our industry leading annual spend of $MM+ to our diverse supply base and increase the company’s competitive edge.

KEY RESULTS: Instrumental in fueling the growth of the Lincoln Luxury business globally across highly competitive landscape.Selected for newly established global general management position based in Shanghai, China with shared profit & loss responsibility driving end to end vehicle line profitability aligning Lincoln models with market demands and business objectives. Influenced the global team in applying deep luxury customer insights to deliver highly desired products and value to the customer while managing key business metrics (ie revenue, costs, profit margin etc.) resulting in the execution of the positively received future Lincoln products on track to achieve the business plan.

Accountable for production commodity purchasing strategic planning, material cost delivery, and overall supplier cost performance. Defined and directed the execution of strategy to enable the global interior procurement team in achieving cost, quality, and efficiency improvements across $BB annual buy.  Managed efforts of 300 procurement professionals in sourcing, vetting, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the optimal delivery of quality interior parts across global supplier base for new and existing models.

KEY RESULTS: Managed the global purchasing strategy driving timely product execution and managing program budgets to deliver Ford and Lincoln Vehicle and Powertrain programs in all markets. Restructured the Global Program Purchasing Organization into an enterprise approach with eliminating and consolidating department silos. Aligned the teams with each major program that improved efficiency.

Requested by leadership to ensure the alignment of North American Small car product programs with delivery, quality, attribute, and business plan financial obligations. Drove successful launch of the 2015 Ford EcoSport that resulted in new revenue stream and enabled company to compete in the small SUV segment within North America.

KEY RESULTS: On time launch of 100+ new supplier sites in support of 5 new Ford assembly and powertrain plants that drove the market share growth of Ford and Lincoln models in the Asia-Pacific and Africa region.Chosen, promoted, and relocated to Thailand to expand, manage, and provide oversight to 1,800+ supplier manufacturing facilities supporting 12 domestic and export markets. Managed staff of 400+.
