Project Coordinator• Develop business relationships with key customers and suppliers.• Project management of process vessel supply and accompanying materials required to provide a corrosion resistant lining system.• Maintain quality, productivity, and safety on all projects.• Support Supervisors for a successful project delivery.• Conduct budget monitoring, prepare recaps for projects, and attend final project walk-through closeouts to ensure compliance.• Coordinate with manufacturing for a timely delivery of products to the customer.• Assist accounting department with all information/documentation needed to begin the invoicing process.• Review invoices before submitting to customer.• Coordinate all aspects of projects to provide for timely completion while maximizing profit.• Estimate construction costs of line process vessels for both domestic and international projects.• Effectively communicate design requirements to the field crew.• Coordinate with home office to ensure our team has the materials needed.• Manage Capital and T&M projects. • Ensure all the required materials, PPE & Consumables are sent to jobsite in timely manner.• Create Purchase Orders for vendors and Sub-contractors.• Communicate with site superintendents about delays and any other issues that arise.
