CAB Structures Design, develop and launch heavy-duty truck body systems by utilizing Pro/E to create complex assemblies that meet both structural and aesthetic goals. Develop and maintain a clear understanding of plant and supplier processes in NGP cab structure modules. Utilize PACCAR and industry systems to manage the product implementation process, track costs, and support new product introductions. Product Data Management, EASOP - Engineered Automated Sales Order Processing Create, maintain and update of the EASOP (Engineered Automated Sales Order Processing) Dash Perm (dash permutation) & Plot (dash assembly diagram program), the CEG (Common Engineering Guidelines) databases, files, as well as the data transmission tool if applicable.  Review Perm-related ECNs, PLRs, REIs and other requests for changes to Perm & Plot database.  Make approved changes to the Perm & Plot databases based on the ECN implementation date.Electrical and Cab Interiors Custom Engineering Develop and implement new product concepts requiring knowledge of truck regulations and operation, service, and performance environments.  Customize existing designs to accommodate customer specific requirements. Includes creation of Pro/E layouts, models, and drawings, writing ECNs, correcting bill of material/selection issues and resolving plant issues related to design.  Provide support for production, and customer service.  Contribute in a key way towards the development of procedures and practices that ensure quality, reliable electrical systems.

 Support in the development, design and drafting of projects using CAD and other software applications. Working closely with engineering staff to insure that designs meet applicable state, federal and industry codes and standards. Complete as-built and construction drawings for substation controls drawing packages along with design drawings for new and expanded substation facilities. Conducting office and field research, measurement and verification for equipment and data.

 Experienced working in an ISO 9001 certified Instrumentation industry. CAD design works for Instrument rack and Electrical panel; design and preparation of electrical and instrument construction drawings for various local and overseas project; prepare and design cable tray route and support drawing. Performed visual and dimensional inspection of Instrument racks and Electrical panels with reference to Engineering drawings approved by the Engineering Design. Communicate to the Fabrication group and Design group any issues and discrepancy on the Engineering Drawings and Electrical panels and Instrument Racks. Performed Non-destructive testing on Instrument racks and Electrical Panels.
