Chipotle has had a profoundly positive impact on my life. As a recent immigrant, when I started working I had limited knowledge of English. I began working on the service line, where I had the opportunity to serve wonderful customers. Over time, I have progressed and gained a solid understanding of English, largely thanks to my manager, who has been my mentor, and to my colleagues, who have provided invaluable support in my personal and professional growth. They have consistently provided me with the tools necessary to continue developing within this awesome company.As time progressed, I have risen to the role of Service Leader, a position I greatly enjoy, as it affords me to opportunity to engaging and guiding a team and onboarding new team members looking forward to the same opportunity. I am deeply grateful to Chipotle, which has facilitated significant personal and professional growth in my personal journey.
