- Responsible of providing guidance to Company’s legal strategy and initiatives for Latin America, the Caribbean and Spain.- Lead of the Legal department function and strategy in Latin America, the Caribbean and Spain including cross-functional initiatives, compliance matters, operational projects and acquisitions. - Continue to facilitate relationship as an advisor, colleague and strategic business partner with Hubbell’s businesses stakeholders in the region.

- Member of Hubbell's Corporate Legal Group responsible for Mexico region.- Provide leadership and advice to Company’s diverse Business Groups as well as other stakeholders and legal partners on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters in the region.- Partnership along with Corporate Internal Audit & Compliance, directly driving diverse regional compliance initiatives, conducting compliance training and awareness programs about the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics landed to local culture and needs in each country in the region and participating in complex and high-profile compliance investigations (both, as investigator and reviewer)- Founding member and current Vice-president of Hubbell’s Mexican Council, providing advice and guidance to Mexico’s business units on implementation of best practices and compliance initiatives in the region.- Direction and supervision of outside counsel both domestically and internationally.

- Corporate Counsel for worldwide top 5 brand commercial vehicles automaker and distributors ensuring conduction of its day-to-day business in the country in accordance to applicable laws and regulations, in charge of a diversity of complex legal matters involving negotiation and drafting of sales contracts, pure lease, leasing, and sale-lease back with public and private entities, sub-distribution, participation in public biddings, litigation management, risk management, corporate governance, regulatory matters, data protection, anti-money laundering, and compliance.- Negotiation and drafting of a variety of commercial contracts, financing arrangements, joint ventures, cross-borders M&A, trusts, licenses and distribution agreements for companies in LATAM, engaged in the transportation, automotive, healthcare, food & beverage industries. - Legal lead on the implementation of Ethics & Compliance programs for diverse multinational companies engaged in the industries of aerospace, health and manufacturing in Mexico.
