Obtained my bachelors in psychology from UNC-Charlotte fall of 2015. Completed my masters in marriage and family therapy fall 2021. I look forward to being able to utilize the skills and knowledge I have gained for assisting individuals, couples and families with improving their emotional and mental life experiences through an increased mindful awareness in their present. I also appreciate the opportunity to assist people with working through past traumas and improve their ability to manage daily anxiety. I like to use my skills as an empath to connect with my clients and encourage their mind/body connection for increased self love that can then be shared with others.
