As a Safety and Quality professional, I have 13 years of experience in ensuring compliance with OSHA, BSEE, and ISO regulations, managing safety and quality programs, and investigating and reporting incidents. I have also administered databases such as ISNetworld, DISA, Helipass, Veriforce, and NCMS, and conducted audits of safety and quality programs.My core competencies include safety and quality management, incident investigation and reporting, database administration, safety training, operations, and Human Resources. As the HSSE Coordinator with Mistras Group, my leadership was instrumental in us receiving the American Equity Underwriters Award for two consecutive years, 2020 and 2021, for outstanding performance in reducing injuries and claims. I also hold a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, in which I graduated with Honors - Magna Cum Lade.
