Come together to find solutions when a problem occurs such as having to go out to test cell to repair and r replace certain parts that failed or add a part that needed to be added.Read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings along with having to use CREO View to look over certain parts.After every shift put all tools away and clean shop by sweeping and wiping off work surfaces.

Complete store opening tasks and daily tasks when store manager is off by counting each register and counting money from the safe to make sure there was no shortage or overage of cash. Print daily tasks lists for the current work day and assign team members with certain jobs to complete within that list.Visit commercial shops on certain days of the week to make sure the professional customers were pleased with our service provided towards them and asked to see if they needed anything else from us or even ask them if we could make any improvements to provide even better customer service.Help DIY customers walking into the store or answering the phone by looking up certain parts needed for their vehicle or even helping a customer diagnose his vehicle or when they needed help installing wipers blades, batteries, and lights.Train all new employees on how to use the computer catalog and help or show them on completing certain tasks throughout the store
