Ensured client websites can be accessed and used by disabled users, such as blind people reliant on screen readers, deaf people who would need subtitles on videos, and more. This included being prepared to code fixes myself if necessary.

Worked on a web application to help foreign language learners to improve their pronunciation. Refactored existing code base to follow better programming practices, then helped with implementing new features such as having multiple available pronunciation guides.

Moved the company's information from their existing LotusNotes system to the Salesforce platform. Worked with management to create Sales Processes that had previously been very loose, and implement them within Salesforce. Crafted custom solutions with APEX where built in capabilities were not up to task.

Handled all forms of computer support. Hardware, software, replacement, upgrades, new builds, Windows, Mac, Android, malware removal, tuning, OS reinstallations, cleaning, soldering, and more. Occasionally managed the store on my own for up to two weeks at a time.

Camp counselor at a month-long Japanese immersion camp. Required to speak Japanese with students unless emergencies dictated otherwise. Assisted in cultural activities, as well as taking care of a cabin of middle school students, including waking them up, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness, getting them to activities in a timely manner, ensuring good behavior, and getting them to bed on time.
