Phoenix Chemical is a dynamic and growing specialty chemical producer. I work closely with domestic and international suppliers to lower our product cost to better serve our customers. With a back ground in dyeing and finishing I also assist with technical service work for our customers.

The Bath Rug division of Mohawk Home is one of the largest within the group. They supply every major big box supplier in the U.S. During my time in the Processing Engineering group we set up many new systems to better improve quality, production and lower overall cost. We implemented 5S, TQM, and LEAN. We were able to significantly reduce dye adds and re dyes and create one of the most modern dye houses in the industry.

I served as the Department Manager for Dyeing and Finishing for the Textile Division. We produced multiple types of soft home goods such as Bed Spreads, Pillows, Blankets, Woven Throws and Bath Rugs. We supplied all the major retailers in U.S., Canada and Mexico.
