After obtaining my MBA, I started my career in digital media. During my time with Fullscreen Media, I juggled many different responsibilities as my role evolved throughout the years. The duties of my role originally involved the identification of YouTube creators who were suitable targets for potential partnership deals. From there, I was responsible for the end to end contract negotiations and onboarding of creators into the Fullscreen network. This resulted in my acquisition of YouTube creators whose viewership totaled over 1 billion monthly views. Eventually, I was responsible for the training and development of the signing team and supported them in all aspects of the contract negotiation process.As I developed my skills for deal analysis, I would eventually move on to managing the $2M dollar budget for all Creator Partnerships. This included the tracking of all deliverables for all six figure brand guarantee deals. One of my main contributions was to ensure we maintained an acceptable ROI on any signing bonuses offered to creators. In Spring 2019, I was also an integral part in the development and launch of a new CRM initiative in order to allow Fullscreen to service their creators in a 360-degree approach on all social platforms.Currently, I'm the Deputy Director of Creator Partnerships at BuzzFeed Inc. Where I'm leveraging my relationship development skills to cultivate a network of Creators aligned with BuzzFeed's brands in order to achieve continued revenue growth for the Branded Partnership team.
