• Determine procedures, drawings, equipment, estimated time, materials and specialized labor required to execute all Transmission & Substation Maintenance Work. • Facilitate work package preparation by submitting outage requests, contract requisitions, environmental requests and other requests. • Communicate with designated authorities and work teams to establish a safe zone of protection and ensure maintenance teams compliance with the Lock Out/Tag Out Procedure.

• Perform maintenance tasks on transmission-class & distribution-class electrical substation equipment, including troubleshooting of AC/DC control systems and electro-mechanical systems.• Install & construct substation transformers, breakers, switchgear, bus work & associated control wiring.• Perform system switching & blocking activities in compliance with the Lock Out/Tag Out Procedure.
