I am currently an Senior Assistant Prosecutor working for the Passaic County Prosecutors Office. I am currently assigned to the Fatal Investigations Unit, where I handle all cases involving a fatality that occur within the County of Passaic. Prior to this position, I was Team Leader of Trial Team B within the Trial Unit. Before joining the Passaic County Prosecutors Office, I was an assistant prosecutor at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office. I held this position for three and a half years. The majority of my work involves trial advocacy. I have represented the State of New Jersey in jury trials. I have also had much writing experience, drafting briefs in support of and in opposition to motions filed with regards to legal criminal issues. Prior to my employment as an assistant prosecutor, I was a law clerk to the Honorable Lourdes I. Santiago in the criminal division of the Hudson County Superior Court. Currently, I also hold a position as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law, where I teach Appellate Advocacy. In addition to my work, I am also a member of numerous legal organizations. Specifically, I am a member, and past-president, of the North Hudson Lawyers Club; I am the Finance Director of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey; and I am co-chair of the Union City High School American Dream Pipeline Program. I am a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, and a graduate of St. John's University undergrad.
