Jonathan Beard is a 17 year veteran of CBRE, Inc. and is a member of CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group and is a partner in CBRE National Partners. Jonathan specializes in the sale of industrial assets located throughout the Mid-Atlantic and office assets in the Baltimore Metro. Mr. Beard has handled the disposition of assets with an aggregate value exceeding $8.6 billion. Mr. Beard has over 25 years of experience in real estate and business acquisition. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Beard worked for the regional urban developer, Struever Brothers, Eccles & Rouse, Inc., as Asset Manager for the company’s two million-square-foot retail, office and industrial portfolio. His previous experience includes eight years at Aerotek, Inc., where Mr. Beard was an Assistant Vice President for the firm’s Strategic Investments Group, helping the company expand its service offerings through various diversifying acquisitions. At Aerotek, Mr. Beard also held the position of Corporate Real Estate Manager, where he represented Aerotek nationally in over 80 lease transactions.
