Completed Java Full Stack Bootcamp at Tech Elevator. Below is a current list of projects I've completed and am currently working on.-Tenmo Payment Application: Pair programmed a comprehensive payment service application enabling seamless money transfers and requests among users. Implemented features for approving and declining transfer requests. Managed both frontend and backend development using Spring Boot, JSON, JDBC, and JavaVirtual Vending Machine Application: Pair programmed a fully functioning virtual vending machine that can log all transactions and track all sales. Used an array (see what i did there?) of different Java techniques with a focus on using the principles of object oriented programing.VeloCity- Collaborated with a team of four to develop a city tour mapping application using Agile methodology. We utilized a tech stack that included Java, JavaScript, JDBC, PostgreSql, and various APIs (such as Google Maps, Places, and Distances) to build and integrate complex functionalities. We implemented the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) algorithm to optimize routes, ensuring that users could visit multiple landmarks efficiently. The app was designed specifically for tourists, allowing them to plan multiple routes from their hotel or starting point, offering flexibility across different days and maximizing their sightseeing experience within limited time frames.

-Coached and mentored 12+ teammates to provide exceptional service while focusing on customer satisfaction and compliance. Propelled team to #1 in Q4 2023 and #3 in Q1 2024 for customer satisfaction surveys out of 78 teams-Collaborated with 130+ agents to enhance compliance scores, driving our directorate to achieve a 95% compliance rate, exceeding the target of 90%-Spearheaded implementation of AI software across 10 teams within the manager's directorate, optimizing workflow efficiency and enhancing productivity
