Manage two product lines (military power supplies and commercial ceramic ion detectors) with approximately $10-15M in sales contracts across 15-20 unique end items. Departments include ceramic pressing, firing, machining, coating, and functional testing for Channel Electron Multipliers (CEMs) and select solder, through-hole assembly, RTV encapsulation, conformal coating via manual and automated spraying, and environmental/vibration testing for high voltage power supplies (HVPS). Responsible for maintaining manufacturing and engineering support at two business locations (Rochester, NY and West Springfield, MA) with 13 direct reports (engineers/technicians/supervisors).
