Jon is a partner in the Global Infrastructure Group based in London. He offers wide-ranging expertise in infrastructure through his experience on a variety of transactions in the infrastructure and energy space including acquisitions, financings, projects, operations, concessions and PPPs. He acts for sponsors, lenders and other providers of capital, contractors and governments and is very familiar with multiple debt products including project financing, acquisition financing and leasing as well bank/bond debt platforms and private placements. Jon is also head of Allen & Overy's rail group and offers in depth expertise in relation to rail through his experience advising a broad range of clients on the whole spectrum of rail related transactions domestically and internationally covering light and heavy rail, concessions, procurement, regulation, rolling stock, financings and acquisitions.In Legal 500 Jon is described as “hugely experienced, pragmatic, hands on, commercial and very personable.”
