Current- Single point of contact for over 35 retail locations for all marketing/ visual needs (digital displays, print media, signage, etc.) - Managed multiple large projects from upgrading digital media equipment, upgrading and replacing all physical signages in all locations, full refreshes of retail centers (visually), in depth marketing audits of each location, etc. - Worked on upgrading to a digital marketing standard implementing the use of different digital displays and media equipment. - Key focus on Standardization and vendor consolidation across 35 locations from all over Texas. Ensuring that all branches have the same look, feel and contents within them regardless of which region you are in.- Routine audits to ensure we are up to our brand standards on all channels that I manage - Overseeing the intake, work, and execution of over 4 full channels (retail, digital displays, message on hold, and members' monthly statements). Keeping brand and campaigns at the forefront of my decision-making. - Partnering with leaders from all across the credit union to make impactful changes through campaigns and owned channel marketing.
