Jonathan Blake, PMP, has over 30 years of experience helping organizations elevate their maturity in the areas of IT governance and project, program, and portfolio management. He has established and led a variety of PMOs, designed and implemented project management and system development methodologies, and led or rescued numerous projects. Jonathan taught classes and delivered lectures on project management, project and program management offices, virtual teaming, and facilitation in such diverse venues as PMI World Congress, IIBA, Freddie Mac University, and NTT DATA locations all over the world. Most recently, Jonathan taught Distributed Team Management classes in Tokyo, Japan, and Beijing, China; Managing Customer Expectations class in Munich, Germany; and delivered lectures on Digital Transformation and Agile project management to PMI World Conferences and PMI chapters. Currently, Jonathan is taking a break from work, having taken advantage of the company's retirement incentive.
