As a Co-Owner and President of Quality Janitorial, I oversee all aspects of the day to day operations of the business such as, bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, monthly tax deposits, insurance filings, purchasing, marketing, job cost/bidding, updating and writing safety programs, conducting safety meetings, safety inspections, writing and editing monthly newsletters, coordinating company events, supply and equipment inventory, human resources- new employee hiring, new employee orientation, and employee benefits. I also handle customer service such as quality assurance walk-through/inspections, complaint follow-up, and weekly, daily and or monthly communications. I am responsible for bottom line financial success of Quality Janitorial. I maintain scheduling of staff and job sites. I am responsible for marketing of the janitorial departments. Prepare bids and contracts, Network and solicit new business opportunities. I oversee the creation of budges. I monitor the success of the budgets and request changes as needed. I am proficient in stripping and waxing floors, carpet extraction and bonnet cleaning, office cleaning and restroom cleaning and sanitizing. I extend that knowledge in training of employees in these areas.

Primarily, support included preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and installation of complex electrical and electronic equipment and distribution systems involving electrical and mechanical work of a broad nature General: 1. Familiar with all equipment and location thereof. 2. Start, stop and operate all equipment - Must adhere to all Lock-out / Tag-out procedures. 3. Worked with water soluble and oil based lubricants. Responsible for cleaning debris and lubricants from parts, equipment, tools and work place. 4. Worked with ladders, scaffolds and in confined spaces.5. Used typical electricians and mechanic's tools, measuring and testing equipment. 6. Works from code books, manuals, drawings, sketches and written and/or verbal instructions. 9. Must follow all policies and procedures including completion of all paperwork and documentation.
