Establishes work standards, methods, and controls for preventative, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance actions. Manages, supervises, and performs planning and implementation activities. Manages implementation and project installation and ensures architecture, configuration, and integration conformity. Develops, plans, and integrates base communications systems.

- Led 7 techs supporting the $17.6B command & control Space-Base Infrared System ntwk.- Managed/controlled 9.5K IT/software assets valued @ $15.1M for BAFB/84 units/3.8K users.- Provided admin support for MS office, IE, Java, Adobe and other common desktop apps.- Directed the installations and imaging of all new network laptops and desktops.- Managed security groups, user accounts, password resets through Active Directory.
