To compliment this product range Holchem Laboratories also offer a comprehensive hygiene management system and technical support to all of their customers.I am the Technical sales Consultant for the North east Lincolnshire and South Humber region responsible for the day to day management of customer accounts.My activities include:• Updating of the site hygiene management system provided by Holchem.• On site support – added value advise and technical support• On site audits – Cleaning methodology, chemical safety, post hygiene inspection amongst others.• Focus on total cost of clean for site hygiene functions.• Advise on continuous improvement of hygiene standards and document systems and 3rd party standards.• Account reviews• Site surveys and proposal generation for new business and enquiries.

Night hygiene manager responsible for maintaining and improving hygiene standards on site.

Upgrade hygiene managment systems to conform to BRC 6 and customer requirements.Identify £,000's of potential savings through potential water and chemical usage reductions.Assist in creating site allergen validation system.

Manage internal and external hygiene standards to exceed company, customer and 3rd party standards i.e Tesco's, Morrisons, M&S, BRC global standards ect.Manage the departmental budget ensuring that all departmental costings meet budgeted targets.Maintain environmental microbiological standards set out by customers and our on site technical team.Validate cleaning effectivness against allergen presence, cleaning methodology and on new equipment brought to site.Maintain COSHH data to include chemical storage, Staff training, COSHH analysis records, titration results and CIP records.Maintain cleaning scheduals, cleaning instruction cards, risk assessments and sign off documentation records.Manage recycling systems on site, collections and billing.Reduce hygiene production down time through lean manufacturing techniques, training and multi departmental intergration of systems. (Current reduction 70%) over the past 12 months.Manage staffing patterns, recruitment, holiday entitlement, absence levels and training requirements of the hygiene team.

Manage a team of up to 150 staff to meet production plans and KPI targets. Generate a can do attitude within the department encouraging all team members to activly look to improve quality systems, health & safety and hygiene standards. Manage customer tours and audits of the department. Ensure that operatives have continous training to create a multi skilled and flexible workforce creating a natural in house promotion environment. Responsible for recruitment, diciplinary/accident investigations and corrective action when required.
