As a relatively new resident of London, I find immense fulfillment in my dual role within the esteemed St. James Senior Girls School, conveniently located near Olympia. I am entrusted with overseeing both the Food and Nutrition department as well as spearheading the Careers and Futures program. At our institution, we are deeply committed to providing a holistic education to our students, whether through our diverse classroom offerings or our comprehensive Careers & Futures initiative designed to equip them for the professional sphere.My professional journey encompasses diverse leadership roles, including Assistant Head Teacher for Personal Development, Progress Leader, Head of Year across various year groups, and Lead Tutor. These roles have been complemented by my enduring passion for my subject area, Food. Over the course of my career, I have amassed extensive experience in managing various whole-school and departmental responsibilities. These include but are not limited to, orchestrating whole-school enrichment programs, nurturing student leadership initiatives, coordinating curriculum interventions, driving curriculum development and planning, facilitating career guidance, managing social media presence, fostering parental communication, and refining house systems.Central to my ethos is the belief that each student deserves a tailored curriculum that not only caters to their individual needs but also effectively prepares them for the professional landscape, enabling them to confront the uncertainties of the future with confidence, resilience, and determination
