We encounter different problems each day and this keeps the role fresh and exciting as it is never the same day in or day out. I am looking to progress in my IT career and look forward to experiencing new roles that are thrust upon me. • Responsible for configuring new and replacing devices within SIEE.• Liaised with internal and external teams to setup for training sessions and video conferences.• Aided in upgrade to SAP platform.• Managed user/device accounts via Active Directory and Active Roles server, consulting with server team.• Completing call closure within SLA agreements.
