As VP of Manufacturing, I held all budgeting and contract responsibilities for the entire product creation team. With full P&L responsibility as VP of Product for Incase, I drove a turnaround strategy that returned the company to profitability and positioned it for sale by leveraging a close partnership with Apple and expansion of our DTC bags business. As a key member of the acquisition team, I represented Product in the successful sale of Incase from PE to Incipio. During my tenure, my team at Incase was issued five U.S. patents and two design awards (Red Dot & iF).In addition, I have supported industry powerhouses including Nike and Burton in various roles.
