JPL Commercial Real Estate is a boutique commercial real estate firm that specializes in commercial real estate debt placement, acquisition/disposition analysis and contract underwriting for whole loan sales. We work with lenders of all types ranging from community banks to the capital markets to design and execute a tailored financing solution to fit the clients needs. Our focus is on transactions in the $500,000 to $10,000,000 range.

Originate, structure and underwrite new and existing commercial credits.

• Analyzed, underwrote and structured conduit (CMBS) and mezzanine loans• Identified risks and mitigates for each transaction • Presented each transaction to the internal credit officer for approval• Negotiated loan applications, terms and structures with borrowers• Developed and maintained relationships with brokers, portfolio clients and direct clients• Prepared and presented credit analysis to the organization’s risk committee and senior management

• Developed and automated monthly analytical reports for executive and senior management for the Treasury, Real Estate Mezzanine Finance and Corporate Finance lines of business• Provided in-depth analysis on the monthly P&L and product profitability to division heads• Developed annual budgets and monthly forecasts based on organizational targets• Presented and explained monthly results to the CFO and division heads• Aided and implemented new funds transfer pricing (FTP) methodologies on various bank products• Worked closely with division heads and senior management for their input on budgeting and key performance matrices
