Driving a commercial vehicle to various locations to deliver and merchandise product.

I was hired as route relief. Held that position for 3 1/2 years. I was offered Area Manager positions and offered my own route but turned down both, even after persistence from current Area Managers and General Manager. I knew that I wanted to relocate to Charlotte. I wanted to leave that position available for someone who was ready and wanted to be in Phoenix. My current duties include running routes for RSSR's that are sick or on vacation. Route audits, reporting, assisting in filling load requirements on a daily basis, assembling special reports for one of our largest volume accounts, mending and retaining customer relationships, writing holiday schedules, and effectively communicating all aspects of promotions, contests, and new policies and procedures.

I was hired as a barista and after just 6 months was promoted to Shift Supervisor. My responsibilities included managing a team of up to 6 partners to ensure the prompt, friendly, high quality service that our customers had grown to expect. I was also responsible for balancing the safe at the beginning and end of each shift, as well as keeping our facilities clean and organized.

I was hired as a Route Sales Manager. In my first two years I grew my route to almost double the size of when I started. After three years I was given an opportunity to run my own retail store. After that I held titles such as Warehouse Manager,and Office Manager. Interstate selected me, along with only 11 others nationwide, to be part of the "LINK" team. They had a pool of over 4500 individuals to choose from. I was also runner up for RSM of the Year on two separate occasions. Once for rookie of the year and then again two years later. After only 5 years with the company I was given the opportunity to take over daily operations at my own distributorship. My responsibilities included managing, developing, and instructing six employees. I was certified as a Fork Lift Operator/Instructor to help ensure that my staff met all government regulations. I managed all shipping/receiving duties. I maintained a 20,000 square foot warehouse and all of its contents. Which included over 30,000 pieces of inventory. I was responsible for all hiring, firing, and promoting. I maintained a financial, including all budgets and accounting reports. My distributorship never showed a loss.
