I’ve been in the risk, transparency and governance business for over a 15 years, which has prepared me well for the last 8+ years spent with Kroll advising Family Offices, Corporations and the finance community on the risk issues facing their businesses. These engagements have ranged from M&A and Crypto diligence, citizenship programs, AML, anti-corruption, anti-slavery, and third party program design.Kroll is a world leader in conducting due diligence inquiries and compliance-related investigations, and working to help establish worldwide policies and programs aimed toward mitigating and preventing future risk.I view risk management as the combination of knowing the right information, clearing out the wrong information, and implementing the right processes to make that information actionable throughout one’s organization.My clients are both financials and corporates who may feel that:1.
