As part of the Developer Engagement Team, I am a concierge for the Top Developers on the platform. I assist, escalate, and communicate with top creators on Roblox & handle any of their inquiries.

Roblox has a UGC Events Program for developers & creators from the platform to host Virtual & In-person Events for their community. As a member of this program, I have hosted many positive events for a major fan-made experience loved by the community; and these events have earned me over hundreds of attendees.

As a Human Evaluator for Roblox, I assessed many experiences on the platform & classified them based on set guidelines to enhance the search algorithm for Roblox.

Roblox had a Volunteer Quality Assurance program formerly ran under DevRel, which is now defunct. In this program, I QA tested multiple experiences & a few Event experiences on the platform prior to their releases. I have gained the observant skills of locating issues in a product, and providing quality feedback & clear instructions to enhance these experiences.

As the Community Manager for MELON, I was part of the hype for 2 major concert releases on Roblox: "George Ezra's Gold Rush Kid Experience" & "Guacathon w/ Denzel Curry". I helped create media & post content for MELON's social channels (Twitter, Instagram), and improve the engagement between MELON and the Roblox communities. Keeping a community hyped for our upcoming content was a thrill, and managing conversations over on our community Discord server also kept all of our fans entertained (weekly questions, polls, funny conversations, new emojis, all the fun stuff!). Having many years of experience from running my own personal social channel for the community, I can proudly say I enjoyed my time helping bring some of the vibes over to MELON, even more excited to have done so for 2 incredible concert launches!
